Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend experience with Python.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize REST and GraphQL endpoints for scalable APIs.
• Drive data validation, error handling, and security best practices within backend services.
• Plan and execute database migrations, optimizations, and schema changes.
• Test AI-powered models in Cursor and provide actionable feedback via reports.
• Participate in four-day intensive testing bursts and assess impact on workflows.
• Engage with the research team in Slack to discuss findings and suggest improvements.
• Submit post-burst surveys with insights on model performance and developer experience.
