This role involves building and managing CI/CD pipelines and requires strong skills in AWS CloudFormation and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience, preferably with certifications, and excellent problem-solving abilities. This is a remote position offering a contract of 12-24 months.

Qualifications

• 6 years related work experience required.
• Experience with AWS cloud migrations preferred.
• Expertise in DevOps and AWS CloudFormation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for writing and modifying Python code to invoke AWS API calls.
• Building, modifying and setting up the CI/CD pipeline build process.
• Creating and modifying CloudFormation or Terraform templates.

Skills

AWS Infrastructure expertise aligned to AWS well architected framework

Programming including coding, debugging

Experience translating application requirements to AWS cloud technology

Good understanding of AWS IAM policies and security concepts

Familiarity with AWS native logging & monitoring services

Experience working with DevOps tools

Understanding AWS data migration strategies and tools

Excellent communication skills

Documentation for analysis and decision-making

Experience gathering accurate information
