Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/SE or Applied Mathematics is required.
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Python 3.x with decorators, generators, context managers, and the Standard Library.
• English proficiency at least B1 to collaborate with global leads.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to clean, reliable code.

Responsibilities

• Design and tune Python challenges to teach Chain-of-Thought reasoning for data structures and algorithms.
• Perform code reviews to ensure PEP 8 compliance and security.
• Develop Python scripts for data cleaning, structuring, and augmentation for SFT.
• Evaluate ML libraries to ensure accurate scientific computations and outputs.
• Create test scenarios to expose runtime and logical errors in Python codebases.
