Job summary

Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the On-demand team and deliver a proactive tendering and procurement consultancy service to CPC and CSL members. The role involves prioritising, guiding the team, and ensuring compliance with PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023, and CPC standards.

Based in a predominantly home-based role with travel to client sites as required, you will drive the strategic procurement programme and support development through

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector or education sector procurement.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Act 2023.
• ILM Level 3 qualification or willingness to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand tendering and consultancy services to CPC/CSL members.
• Manage On-demand team and deliver procurement exercises.
• Set priorities, provide leadership and support procurement processes.
• Develop and deliver CPC's strategic procurement programme.
• Ensure tenders comply with statutory regulations and CPC standards.
