Qualifications

7 years of experience in CSD operations, statewide public assistance program delivery.
Ability to lead workgroups, present complex issues, and facilitate meetings.
Knowledge of DSHS/ESA/CSD service delivery methods and regional operations.
Ability to travel overnight within the state for consulting.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation on processes, procedures, and agency IT systems for eligibility and case management.
Travel statewide as a consultant to evaluate adherence to standards and service delivery.
Collaborate on development of standardized processes and procedures.
Conduct risk analysis and present options for recommended actions.
Consult on change management for service delivery planning and prioritization.
Develop Lean-based recommendations for process and procedure improvements.
