Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking remote Clinical Reviewers (Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to support workers' compensation reviews. This remote role includes full-time and PRN/part-time openings, with duties spanning medical records review, application of treatment guidelines, and collaboration with physician advisors and teams.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in PT/OT, active licensure, and at least five years of direct clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or applicable education.
• Current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington state as required by applicable state contract.
• 5 years of clinical (direct patient care) experience or ICU and/or ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of services.
• Perform prior authorization, concurrent and retrospective reviews applying clinical criteria.
• Document review decisions in the care management system.
• Refer cases to other clinicians when indicated.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, providers, and internal teams.
