We seek licensed physical therapists with state license, 1+ years of experience, liability insurance, and telehealth experience. This role provides flexible, home-based work and participation in an outcomes-focused MSK care model.

Qualifications

• Active State PT license required.
• 1+ years of experience in physical therapy.
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities
