Job summary

Drips.com is seeking a Care Navigator to join their team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will provide critical support to patients by guiding them through their recovery and helping them meet their health goals via remote monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a competitive hourly salary range of $20.80 - $26.00 plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services to assist patients with home-exercise therapy.
• Direct users in therapeutic exercises through the technology platform.
• Organize and manage a caseload efficiently.
