Job summary

CareMind Health P.C., the clinical arm behind Mindoula, is seeking full-time Psychotherapists to join our virtual outpatient psychiatry practice serving Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, and beyond. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact lives through evidence-based therapy.

You will provide individual and group therapy, use screenings like PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and collaborate with care teams to refer community resources.

Qualifications

• Certification required: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC with licensure in MD, DC, NC, or VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate outpatient psychotherapeutic services at CareMind Health P.C.'s cutting-edge virtual outpatient clinic.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions, to drive clinical and functional outcomes.
• Utilize comprehensive screenings like M3, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and triage intake referrals.
• Foster patient-centered, culturally competent care through education, collaboration, and community resource referrals.
