Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical practice after residency.
• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe or Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level psychiatric cases and reasoning challenges for AI evaluation.
• Create gold-standard answers with transparent clinical reasoning.
• Evaluate nuanced psychiatric scenarios and risk assessments.
• Review AI outputs for inaccuracies and identify failure patterns.
• Provide structured feedback to research teams and collaborate with experts.
