Job summary

Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company delivering outpatient mental health care nationwide. We are seeking psychiatrists (MD or DO) to provide telepsychiatry with full clinical autonomy and strong operational support.

Roles are fully remote within the United States, with full-time or part-time options and a compensation package designed to reward patient care hours and performance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
