Job summary

Blueskytelepsych is seeking a Psychiatrist to work primarily from home with flexible hours. The role emphasizes autonomy in patient care without corporate interference, with a compensation range of $130 to $240 per hour. Clinicians will have the opportunity to supervise Nurse Practitioners for additional compensation.

Responsibilities include managing medication clinically, effective team collaboration, and monthly case discussions with therapists. Good communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a clean medical license.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean and unrestricted medical license.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude.
• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the best interest of the patient without corporate interference.
• Manage medication clinical appointments and supervise Nurse Practitioners.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases.
