Compensation ranges from $130 to $240 hourly, depending on the services provided, with opportunities to supervise Nurse Practitioners at $300 per month. The position promotes a supportive team environment aimed at improving access to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Clean and unrestricted medical license required.
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Preferred experience as a Psychiatrist.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the best interest of the patient without corporate interference.
• Manage clinical medication with flexible appointment lengths.
• Option to supervise Nurse Practitioners at a set rate.
• Collaborate with therapists and other prescribers in a team setting.
• Conduct clinical work from home with flexible hours.
