Legion Health is recruiting psychiatrists to deliver remote psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. Roles are offered as full-time or part-time with significant clinical autonomy and robust operational support.

Clinically excellent providers will join a team of top psychiatrists, with malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and access to premier EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools. Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K per year.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
