Legion Health is seeking exceptional psychiatrists (MD or DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care with clinical autonomy and support from a collaborative medical community.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, work from home, comprehensive administrative support, credentialing help, and market-leading compensation with weekly pay and full malpractice coverage. You will practice at the top of your license, delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including psychiatric history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
