Legion Health is seeking licensed psychiatrists for fully remote telepsychiatry roles across the United States. Positions are available as full-time or part-time, with meaningful clinical autonomy and strong operational support.

You will diagnose and treat mood, anxiety, and related disorders using evidence-based protocols, with comprehensive credentialing and licensure support provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health and medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
