Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a psychiatrist for outpatient care as an independent contractor. The practice offers in-person and telehealth evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health services for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and up.

The successful candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board eligible or certified, and maintain an active Florida license or be in the licensure process.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO and Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Active Florida license or enrollment in the licensing process.
• Graduating residents in their final year may apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
• Provide documentation of the services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development.
