Job summary

Legion Health is seeking psychiatrists to provide remote, evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States, with meaningful clinical autonomy and robust clinical support. You’ll treat patients while we handle credentialing, scheduling, and billing.

We offer flexible schedules, work-from-home, weekly pay, malpractice coverage, and access to best-in-class EHR, e-Prescribe, and AI tools. Compensation ranges from $300K–$500K annually, depending on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
