The role requires strong communication, data-mining, and analytical skills, with experience in pharmacy processing and relationships with providers. Remote-ready, with on-site responsibilities in Alabama.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or managed care pharmacy settings preferred.
• Ability to analyze claims or credentials and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review provider credentials and create reports.
• Coordinate with national databases and internal teams for documentation.
• Support URAC compliance and Navitus policies.
• Generate credential activity reports for leadership.
• Maintain accurate credential data across systems.
