Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Coordinator I, Provider Credentials to join our team in a credentialing role. You will handle receipt, processing, and first-level evaluation of provider credentials, and create internal/external reports.

The role involves working with NCPDP, HMS, DEA, and state/federal databases to ensure compliant credentialing. You will engage with providers at all levels, document activities, and support compliance with URAC and Navitus policies.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing medical or pharmacy credentials is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Process provider credentials and maintain documentation in systems.
• Create credential reports and present findings to leadership.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, boards, and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Support audits and updates to credentialing processes as needed.
