Job summary

Nebraska Medicine seeks a Dosimetrist – Proton for a full-time, fully remote role. The candidate will design and implement proton therapy dose distributions and treatment plans in collaboration with the radiation oncology team, while contributing to clinical workflows and training of students.

First two years onsite to establish workflows; potential hybrid later. Ideal candidates have proton planning experience, RayStation, ARIA, and VMAT familiarity, with CMD or registry eligibility and AMA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Graduate of an AMA dosimetry or radiation therapy program required.
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or registry eligible required.

Responsibilities

• Generate radiation dose distributions and treatment plans per oncologist prescriptions.
• Assist in simulation, brachytherapy and specialty procedures.
• Participate in clinical and didactic instruction of students.
