Job summary

T3 Global Group, LLC is seeking skilled traders for a Proprietary Trader role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will control your own trading strategies and make independent decisions to maximize profitability within a collaborative trading community.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in trading across futures, equities, or options, strong risk management discipline, and fluency with professional trading software. Compensation is performance-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.
• Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk management guidelines.
• Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop and refine trading strategies.
• Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently.
• Monitor and manage trade positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance.

• Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize trading performance.

• Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to trading activities.
