You will run a defined trading system, adhere to the program's rules, manage risk at the trade level, track results, and participate in coaching and community reviews as you build a long‑term trading career.

• Must adhere to defined trading system with minimal discretionary deviation.
• Demonstrated discipline, risk awareness, and coachability.
• US-based with stable internet and focus on professional trading.

Responsibilities

• Run a defined trading system on Forex and Crypto using firm capital
• Stick to the rules — discretionary deviation is a primary failure mode we screen against
• Manage risk at the trade level (not just at the account level)
• Track results, learn from losses, and iterate on what's working
• Show up to coaching and contribute to community trade reviews
