Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Team Leader to guide gas infrastructure projects from planning to closeout. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence, and deliver high-quality results for utility assets across the lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, manage staffing and resources, and collaborate with leadership to maximize project value while maintaining regulatory compliance and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience with leadership and client-facing PM.
• PE license required.
• Experience managing utility infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a gas engineering team across multiple projects.
• Oversee staffing, resources, and operations for gas infrastructure work.
• Mentor staff and managers to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.
• Direct planning through closeout of subsurface gas and electric projects.
• Monitor financial performance and drive improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams.
• Ensure QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and audits.
