Job summary

H2O Innovation is seeking a Project Manager for its Water Technologies & Services division. The role supports US/Canada remote work or local offices, coordinating engineering, fabrication and finance for water & wastewater projects (UF/RO/MBR).

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/chemical water-engineering background, 7+ years PM experience, and travel up to 10-15%. PMP and MS Project/IFS ERP are assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Water Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years in water treatment project management.
• Experience with RO/UF/MBR systems and water/wastewater tech.
• Experience with MS Project and ERP systems (IFS).
• PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conception of automated water & wastewater treatment systems across mechanical, electrical design and process engineering teams.
• Collaborate with production to ensure smooth handoff from design to fabrication.
• Synchronize project delivery with service, commissioning and aftermarket teams.
• Work with finance to ensure project viability and profitability.
• Lead meetings with clients and leaders to explain project status and milestones.
• Direct and coordinate all project activities from contract signing through delivery and startup.
• Promote quality, manage schedules, and document lessons learned.
