The Project Manager serves as a project management professional responsible for coordinating, organizing and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, IT, CS, finance or related field.
• Five years of full-time project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor coordination and contract compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate project management activities for agency-wide initiatives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines and reports.
• Coordinate tasks, milestones and schedules to ensure successful delivery.
• Define scope, requirements and timelines with stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks and manage budget and resources.
• Support procurement, vendor evaluation and software/service acquisitions.
• Assist with organizational change and implementation support.
