Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing specialty interior or fixture installations.
• Experience with large-scale commercial build-outs or comparable construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage tight schedules and sensitive budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project life-cycle from contract hand-off to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison among contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, safety, and QA/QC requirements.
