Asplundh Engineering Services is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of electric utility transmission and substation projects. The role emphasizes coordinating documentation, cost estimates, schedules, and governance packages across engineering teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of PM experience, a technical degree, and strong communication and project controls skills.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of PM experience across transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years supporting electric utility capital project development or related infra projects.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Strong writing, documentation, and executive summary skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common PM tools; familiarity with Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate project authorization and funding documentation.
• Prepare business cases, approval packages, cost justifications, and governance data.
• Coordinate project development from initiation through engineering and execution support.
• Support schedules, budgets, resource planning, and cost forecasting.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership via reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, asset management, and operations teams.
