Job summary

Localcoin is seeking a Project Manager to support product and compliance initiatives, acting as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and Compliance to translate requirements into actionable tasks. This 3-month contract role offers fully remote work and a rate of $33.65–$43.27 per hour, with potential extension based on business needs.

The role requires coordinating timelines, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or project management.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Compliance/Legal teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and API specs (no coding required).
• Experience working with SaaS tools and third‑party integrations (e.g., KYC or compliance platforms).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator who can operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between Engineering and cross‑functional teams including Product and Compliance.
• Gather business and regulatory requirements and convert them into clear user stories, tickets, and technical documentation.
• Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage vendor deliverables and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Monitor project progress and proactively remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.
• Perform QA reviews and support system configuration and testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
