Job summary

HiFyve is seeking a Project Manager for the Cheese Group to lead capital equipment projects from planning through closeout. The role supports pre‑sale activities and coordination with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, requiring heavy cheese-processing knowledge, strong communication, and travel up to 50% (North America, with some international travel). Remote work with a Wisconsin base is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Electrical preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in capital equipment
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage capital equipment projects across full lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
• Direct execution to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and testing with internal teams and customers.
• Lead meetings and maintain action logs with clear follow-up on deliverables.
• Communicate updates on cost, schedule, risk and performance.
