Job summary

Purple Land Management (PLM) seeks experienced Project Land Managers to lead land services projects nationwide. This role focuses on project leadership, client service, and execution, coordinating staffing, schedules, and budgets while delivering quality results.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in land services with hands‑on experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to guide diverse teams and client engagements across energy, infrastructure, and other

Qualifications

5+ years hands‑on land services experience including title research, leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, curative, right‑of‑way, GIS or related land functions.
Proven ability to lead projects, teams and client engagements; strong scheduling, budgeting and client management skills.
Experience coordinating resources and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Staff projects, manage schedules and budgets, ensure quality deliverables.
Lead client meetings and project communications; build trusted relationships.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and onboarding; drive accountability and results.
Identify risks, resolve obstacles, and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure alignment with client requirements and project scope.
