Media Impact International (MII) is a faith-based nonprofit focused on equipping Christian ministries with media tools and expertise to maximize Kingdom impact. We seek a Project Coordinator to support project execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication, reporting to the Project Management Director.

You will prepare timelines, manage cross-team collaboration, and maintain dashboards and donor updates.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Must reside within the contiguous United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Devoted follower of Christ with aptitude for serving in an international, faith-based ministry environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with core productivity tools: MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Resourceful, proactive self-starter with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. as needed for key meetings or project needs.
  • Ability to work remotely during standard U.S. business hours (CST).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and task lists across cross-functional teams and ministry partners.
  • Manage regular communication with internal teams, consultants, and external ministry partners to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Execute digital project components, including social media scheduling and email campaign deployment.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards (GA, Meta Business Suite, CRM, Monday.com) to track KPIs and donor updates.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, document key decisions, and report progress to the Project Management Director.
  • Assist with data visualization and reporting for donor updates and ministry impact summaries.
  • Draft, issue, and maintain MOUs and partner documentation for clear operational alignment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain organized project records.
