Job summary

Toho Water Authority seeks a Programmer Analyst II to design, program, and implement application-based systems. You will receive tasks from the IT Manager and support multiple departments, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

Qualifications include a IT-related bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience. Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and programming with .NET/C# or VB.NET is expected. Remote work consideration is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• Valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains database integrity, tests programs, plans patches, trains users, and monitors database performance.
• Creates reports from aggregated data using parameters and tables; sets filters and retrieves data.
• Uses Crystal Reports and SSRS with SQL Server; writes SQL queries; knowledge of ETL; creates stored procedures.
• Maintains SharePoint by creating applications and documenting requirements.
• Writes, analyzes, and reviews programs using workflow diagrams.
• Additional duties as required.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, and Visual Basic.
