Job summary

Center For Discovery is seeking a Program Therapist to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary treatment team. The role emphasizes patient safety, milieu interventions, education groups, clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and case management.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 11am–7pm Eastern with remote work requiring IL licensure or PsyPact. Two years mental health experience and eating disorder exposure preferred. Includes discharge planning, utilization reviews, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Active IL state license or PsyPact licensure.
• Two years of experience in mental health preferred.
• One year of experience with eating disorders preferred.
• Current driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely clinical documentation throughout treatment.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups.
• Facilitate admissions assessments and onboarding for new patients.
• Provide utilization reviews to insurance for authorizations.
• Discharge planning and discharge session with patient.

Education
