American Red Cross is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role requires building relationships, coordinating recruitment, and providing operational support to ensure successful volunteer engagement.

You will develop reports and dashboards, monitor workforce trends, and communicate with stakeholders to drive mission objectives while working with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Strong ability to create presentations and develop training modules.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, and volunteer teams.
• Identify workforce needs and determine appropriate volunteer engagement strategies.
• Support recruitment plans and coordinate communications, meetings, and updates.
• Pull and analyze volunteer workforce data to support decision-making.
