Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross‑team, multi‑vendor coordination across VA PGHD ecosystems, including Validic and Google Health integrations. You will align program goals, stakeholder needs, governance, and technical execution to enable national‑scale data delivery to VA clinicians and Veterans, while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or within VA/OCC environment.
• Familiarity with health data integration platforms such as Validic or CGM/remote patient monitoring data.
• Experience with health data API transitions or integrations such as Google Health.
• Experience with native mobile (iOS and Android) and web product delivery.
• Background with PGHD or clinical data sources.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and OAuth/CASA workflows.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks, APIs, cloud platforms, or DevSecOps.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
• Experience with distributed, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in a matrixed environment with performance oversight.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA teams, Validic, and device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition across PGHD applications and pipelines.
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of data‑quality issues across sources.
• Facilitate vendor partnerships and negotiations for new integrations.
• Manage pre‑read and action‑item workstreams for coordination sessions.
• Oversee alignment across PGHD apps, mobile/web teams, and pipelines.
• Manage integrated program plans, including risk and status reporting.
• Resolve cross‑team blockers and elevate risks to leadership.
• Provide sprint planning oversight across teams.
