Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of programs, while following program, practice, and operations guidelines.

You will schedule and track projects, verify paperwork, handle payments, perform data entry and export reports, with 0–2 years’ experience in a detail‑oriented, organized, and analytical environment.

This hourly role offers benefits and a compensation range of $17.75 to $25.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff.
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence.
• Payment processing.
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
• Exporting predesigned reports.
