Job summary

ESPN Productions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for Recurring Remote Production Support. The role works remotely with ESPN Productions on REMI/remote events, assisting timing, graphics, and pre‑production tasks to support on‑air delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating feeds, cues, and promos, while collaborating with the Producer/Director, and ensuring in‑studio readiness and proper audio/video levels. Requires 5+ years of production experience and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director during a production by timing elements, keying fonts, and coordinating feeds.
• Maintain communication with live shots by providing alerts and cues and ensure proper framing and on‑air levels.
• Assist in traffic changes, graphics requests, music cues, and source changes with media.
• Assist the Director with pre‑production elements including billboards, promotions, teases, graphics and virtual imagery.
• Communicate with Production in meetings to develop visual content for the show.
• On remote productions, manage game-related responsibilities and traffic with multiple positions; generate cards for promo copy and talent reads.
