Job summary

Aumentum Technologies is seeking a Product Specialist with deep property appraisal domain expertise to support our enterprise RPA solution. The role bridges product management and customer engagement, translating real-world appraisal needs into software solutions for government customers.

You’ll partner with the RPA Product Manager to keep work anchored in the why behind requirements, build trusted relationships, and drive solutions used in real-world appraisal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent domain experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the property appraisal industry.
• Experience with industry data sources and standards — CAMA, GIS, MLS, USPAP/IAAO.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS product delivery or implementation teams.
• Strong organizational, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate appraisal requirements into software features and backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements and processes.
• Translate legislation, policy, and jurisdictional rules into product functionality.
• Maintain trusted relationships with customers and lead domain-specific conversations.
• Assist RPA Product Manager with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Support implementation and delivery activities ensuring alignment with appraisal practices.
