Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal degree with a focus on product safety, consumer protection, or regulatory compliance.
• Significant experience advising on compliance with federal, state, and international product safety regulations (e.g., CPSC, EU directives, FDA, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, distill, and communicate complex legal concepts in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking applied to real-world regulatory issues.
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing technical documents, compliance policies, or legal opinions related to product safety.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and adapting to diverse project needs is a plus.
• Interest in contributing to innovative technology initiatives and a willingness to engage with emerging AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze product safety laws, regulations, and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
