Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of digital products, partnering with business and technical teams to translate strategy into actionable requirements and user stories. This role includes mentoring junior PMs and driving design thinking and agile practices across concurrent initiatives.

The position is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere in the United States, with focus on humanitarian digital experiences that support disaster response, volunteer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coaching other product managers a plus.
• Experience with Agile and design thinking approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through release and ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate with business, technical, design, and program stakeholders to translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Mentor Associate Product Managers and support capability building across the team.
• Plan prioritized work across multiple teams, manage the product roadmap, and communicate plans clearly.
• Use trusted data to drive evidence-based decisions and measurable outcomes.
