Job summary

Anderson-Negele, a Ralliant company, is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and commercial success of a line of hygienic sensors for sanitary processes. You will translate customer and market insights into product requirements and work with engineering to bring products to market.

You will also equip sales to win and manage lifecycle, including end-of-life decisions, pricing and launches, while tracking revenue metrics and regulatory trends that affect your products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical field or business.
• 5+ years in product management/marketing/engineering for industrial or technical products.
• Track record of taking products from concept to launch.
• Strong financial sense: business cases, pricing and P&L ownership.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to align engineering, sales and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customers, trade shows and sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for your portfolio; balance customer needs, feasibility and return.
• Build business cases for new products including market size, pricing, margin and launch forecasts.
• Gather voice-of-customer input via site visits and interviews with sales and engineers.
• Write market and product requirements; prioritize with engineering through development phases.
• Lead product launches end to end: positioning, pricing, sales training, materials.
• Track portfolio performance: revenue, margin, quality, share; act on results.
• Manage the product lifecycle including end-of-life decisions and transition plans.
• Monitor competitors and regulatory trends (EHEDG, 3-A, FDA) that affect the products.
