Job summary

Hilton seeks a seasoned product leader to own the strategy and delivery of features within PEP, Hilton's Property Management System. You will drive the product vision, work with engineering and operations teams, and translate business needs into actionable requirements on a global scale.

In this contract role, you will manage multiple workstreams, influence stakeholders, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or related fields.
• 3+ years hospitality experience preferred.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for PEP capabilities aligned to platform roadmap.
• Own full product lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive execution.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements with engineering.
• Maintain end-to-end user experience using feedback and insights.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and progress clearly.
