• Three or more years of experience as a Product Manager leading a cross-functional team.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and project management trade-offs.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success measures for your products and services.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research, user needs, and requirements.
• Define direction, scope, priority of projects, features, user stories, and metrics.
• Develop and ship projects with cross-functional teams.
• Socialize initiatives and build buy-in with partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with project management.
• Represent Nava’s user-centric approach in discovery meetings.
