Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Product Lead / Business Analyst to shape and deliver digital solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, product teams, design, and technology teams to interpret strategy into valuable products and services.

The role spans discovery and delivery, identifying opportunities, defining solutions, and supporting AI-enabled, data-driven client projects. Mostly remote with occasional NYC onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product/Business Analyst roles or similar.
• Experience producing detailed business and functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work with distributed and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable specs.
• Contribute to design and evolution of digital products and dashboards.
• Partner with development teams to meet business objectives.
• Support backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across remote and geographically dispersed teams.
