  • Clear, concise communicator with low-overhead updates.

  • Take vague, high-level goals and turn them into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding.
  • Own large scopes end-to-end: break down the problem, sequence the work, and drive it to done.
  • Make UX and scope judgment calls independently — know what's worth building and what to cut.
  • Work in tight iteration loops — ship something working fast, then refine based on real feedback.
  • Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — delegate grunt work to the tools and steer them to good output.
  • Surface blockers, tradeoffs, and decisions early and clearly, without needing to be managed.

Job description

Category: IT Services Location: We're looking for a Product Engineer — a developer with high agency, strong product sense, and the ability to take a large, loosely-specified problem and run with it. This isn't a role for someone who needs every ticket spelled out. You'll be handed whole features or problems, not tasks, and trusted to figure out the right approach, make the call, and ship — then tell us what you did and why.

Responsibilities
  • Take vague, high-level goals and turn them into shipped, working software with minimal hand-holding
  • Own large scopes end-to-end: break down the problem, sequence the work, and drive it to done

  • Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — delegate grunt work to the tools and steer them to good output
