Summit K12 is seeking a Project Manager to drive approved product initiatives through the development lifecycle in a remote USA environment. The role emphasizes systems thinking, accountability, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Academic, and Content teams.

You will manage plans, milestones, risks, owners, and readiness while maintaining momentum and clear escalation paths. Experience with AI-assisted planning and cross-functional releases is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of project or program-management experience in cross-functional product, software, or digital delivery.
• Strong planning, facilitation, dependency/risk management, written communication, and escalation skills.
• Translate approved scope into plans while preserving Product and functional decisions.
• Experience coordinating Product releases across Engineering, QA, Design, Academic, Creative teams, including AI readiness.

Aufgaben

• Turn approved scope into an integrated plan with estimates and commitments.
• Identify critical path, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Maintain forecasts and coordinate handoffs and closure.
• Facilitate minimum operating cadence to keep work aligned.
• Track dependencies and readiness in the system of record.
• Escalate blockers with clear ownership and timing.
• Surface scope changes and their impact on schedule and capacity.
• Coordinate readiness inputs from product, design, engineering and QA.
