Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or in a comparable creative role within film, television, or digital media.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to articulate creative and technical processes clearly using structured explanations.
