Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Procurement / vendor management Evaluator to remotely review prompts and responses, comparing outputs against AuraOne's quality rubric and providing structured feedback for retraining. The role focuses on auditing model performance and labeling edge cases.

You will work as an independent contractor with flexible hours, evaluate model outputs, tag issues, and propose rubric improvements, helping ensure high-quality procurement and vendor-management evaluations for AuraOne's

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating model outputs against rubrics.
• Ability to label edge cases with rubric clauses.
• Strong written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause.
• Reliability for async work at least 10 hours per week.
• Familiarity with procurement / vendor management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate procurement / vendor management evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags for Procurement / vendor management Evaluator assignments.
• Compare paired responses and pick the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples each week.
• Document recurring failure modes so the modeling team can target them in the next training run.
