C3 Integrated Solutions is a leading provider helping the Defense Industrial Base with cybersecurity and compliance requirements. We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage hardware and software license orders, liaise with vendors, and support scalable procurement processes from day one.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to vendor relationships, order lifecycle management, and cross‑functional communication, with a clear runway to grow into strategic sourcing and vendor management roles in

Qualifications

• Entry point into procurement and supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related.
• Experience via internship or co‑op in procurement, supply chain, or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process and track hardware and software license orders across vendor partners from request to delivery.
• Monitor order status end-to-end, flag delays or issues early.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams on order status and fulfillment questions.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Identify bottlenecks and help design more efficient workflows as order volume grows.
• Support ad‑hoc procurement projects as operations mature.
